Page One Editorial Services

A service contract on terms described below is made between Page One Editorial Services and the Client:

Client engages Page One Editorial Services to perform services as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Page One Editorial Services will provide the agreed upon services using diligence, best effort, and reasonable judgement, but guarantees no specific outcome to the client.
A cost estimate will be provided by Page One Editorial Services for agreed upon services. Invoiced costs for agreed upon services may exceed estimated costs by up to but not more than 20% of the estimated cost amount.
Client agrees to review material and services provided by Page One Editorial Services within 10 days of receipt of completed work. Client agrees to request revisions or additional services, if necessary, within this time period. If significant additional work is required, Page One Editorial Services will submit a revised cost estimate for the contracted service.
Client shall pay expenses for service according to invoice(s) received within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
If payment is not made within 60 days past the invoice date, the Client authorizes Page One Editorial Services to collect charges by credit card using the following account:
